Refund and return policy

At Skyroof Slide Systems, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and transparency. Below are our policies regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds:

  1. Custom Products: Custom products are specially designed and manufactured to your unique specifications. For this reason, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless there are manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  2. Standard Products: Standard products have a return period of 14 days from receipt of the order (For orders in the Netherlands only). If you are not satisfied with a standard product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns must be in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  3. Manufacturing defects or Damage: If a product has manufacturing defects or is damaged in transit, you must notify us within [number of days] of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, replace or refund the product.
  4. Foreign Orders: A modified policy applies to all orders from abroad. Please contact our customer service department for specific instructions regarding payment, shipping and returns.

Payment methods:

  1. Instant Payment: All orders placed should be paid immediately via the selected payment methods on our website. Orders are processed after full payment is received.
  2. Payment methods: We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal, Ideal.

Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at customerservice@skyroofslider.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
