COLLECTING AND USING PERSONAL DATA FROM CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your data to be able to send you a quotation, to be able to determine what specifications or wishes a certain item or service should meet, to be able to deliver goods or perform work for you, to be able to invoice you and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the execution aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data are also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or sufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials and products or perform work on our behalf.

DIRECT MARKETING

If you order from us regularly, we will retain and use the personal data you provide to inform you personally by e-mail about our existing and new products and services in the future, and possibly make you an offer for these. RETENTION PERIOD PERSONAL DATA

If you requested a quote from us but did not become a customer with us, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received an offer from you, but we have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become a customer with us or we became a customer with you, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement with you was fully executed. The seven-year period corresponds to the period during which we are required to keep our records for tax purposes. At the end of this period, we will delete your personal data.

You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If warranted, you may also request that we supplement your personal data or amend any inaccuracies.
