EasyRail was developed as a professional rail system for roll-off roof observatories where reliability, precision and durability are essential. This is not a standard rail solution, but an engineered system designed for long-term, trouble-free use in outdoor conditions.
EasyRail is mounted on a properly laid substructure. This construction determines the final alignment and is therefore an essential part of the overall system quality.
Maximum structural stability
EasyRail forms one rigid, continuous support line for the roof. Due to the fixed mounting:
- Creates a very stable and rigid support
- Minimizes deflection of roof and structure
- Keeps the roof moving straight and tension-free, even with heavier roofs and longer spans
This results in a quieter, smoother and more technically reliable system than generic rail solutions.
Correct slope for controlled water drainage
The substructure is constructed with a slope of approximately 2 mm per meter to the rear. This is a deliberate technical requirement within the EasyRail system.
Because of this:
- Runs rain and condensation water out of the rail in a controlled manner
- No water stays in the career
- Are pollution, frost damage and accelerated wear prevented

Good water drainage is essential for long life and reliable operation in all weather conditions.
